Arrived quickly- I purchased light gray and the color is as shownadvertised-came in 2 boxes different days. It was not difficult to put together, but will need two people to do it with ease. It didn’t take long for the vacuumed sealed cushions to puff out. As soon as you release the seal-shake and massage the foam. It’s not as neat looking put together as the advertised picture, but it does arrive super packed in a box. I did add a few more larger pillows to go with the ones it came with to help support the back more. It will slide on non-carpet floors as other reviews mentioned. Very firm but comfy. The biggest flaw I see is where the two cushions meet, it wants to sag there a bit. Overall, it’s an ok piece for 600. I gave it 4 stars due to the overall quality - it’s just not 5 stars.. I love this couch a lot but it unfortunately seems a bit weak in some areas. My husband is a 6’4 250 pound dude, pretty big and he likes it but he can feel it sometimes unable to support certain things he does while sitting. He stretched and leaned back against the right hand side of the couch and it snapped the two bottom wood pieces that I guess connect to the connectors to connect the backs to the couch. Just the back snapped, so now it’s broken and we definitely need a replacement. I pray this couch hold up…. We just got it barely over a month and a half ago and it was expensive.. Anonymous. This is one of the best purchases I have made. This sectional is EXACTLY as advertised and pictured. Each piece is carefully packaged in its individual box. It is very easy to assemble. I was pleasantly surprised by its size. It is much larger in length, depth, and width than I expected. The faux leather color matches my walls perfectly. The cushions are firm but very comfortable. I have looked at sectionals for the past year and this one surpasses sectionals which were priced twice as much. A pretty solid chair. Super easy to put together. Really soft fabric. Soft and comfy but not without support. My only complaint is that it's pretty low. I have a hard time with low chairs and I was hoping it would be a tad higher since it was at 18.8" tall from floor to seat but it's still comfortable when sitting. Update! Its now been 1.5 yrs of heavy use with 2 adults and 2 large pit bulls. The fabric is worn but dogs have not punctured or picked the boucle. The sofas were looking a little sad and small for the space so i swapped out the legs for 5” wood legs. Wow, huge difference! Sofa looks sturdier and more substantial. Highly tecommend the leg swap. I bought 2 of the sofas and created one mega sofa and one love seat, both with ottomans. Worked perfectly as everything hooked together. White glove delivery was 1000 worth it.
