Impressive service!! We purchased this Ashtabula Genuine Leather Square Arm Sofa and had it delivered to our home before the holidays. The delivery driver and helper did an outstanding job- quick, clean, and kind. They even wore those protective booties! The sofa is lovely. The color is pretty accurate to the website and the overall feel is solid and comfortable. Being that it's leather, there is an initial sense of a "plasticness" as compared to a softer cloth upholstery. I'm sure that will break in with use. Be aware, the delivery drivers will bring the couch in a shipping blanket covered in plastic. I purchased this brand new, but it does not come in the box when delivered. I don't know if that just happened on my purchase, or if that's standard procedure. (The driver mentioned it's standard procedure). I will certainly purchase again from Wayfair. Y'all didn't let me down! After 3+ months of use, I can affirm that it's MUCH more comfortable to sit in than our previous one. I'm not in pain - even after a evening of binge-watching shows. (It's too bad I dropped $160 on a premium seat pad before buying this!) We weren't clocking on the flip-out cup holders when we bought this, but they're a convenient addition!
